Septic Inspections

Prior to selling or transferring ownership of a property served by a septic system a qualified inspector must inspect the facility.

Our technicians certified by ADEQ will take a look inside the tank and the filtration systems with cameras to look for clogs, leaks or other forms of damage. Upon completion our team will prepare the ROI as required by code.

Septic Maintenance & Pumping

Our pump trucks will pull out the sludge from the bottom of the tank removing the waste. We recommend having your tanks pumped every 3 to 5 years as this will ensure that solids will not flow from your tank to the drain field.
